Fitness Center

I workout at 24 Hour Fitness. My goal is to get stronger and gain some muscle mass.
The exercises that I do are Bench Press, Tricep Extensions, Curls, Squats,
Calf Raises, Military Press, Stiff Leg Deadlifts, and Bent Over Rows.

I've seen impressive gains so far in strength, but not muscle mass. I'm still going.
